Spiritual Practices: Breath Prayer
Overview
At the start of his letter to the Ephesians, Paul reminds them of all of the blessings they have received in Jesus Christ. He reminds the Jesus followers in Ephesus that they have been adopted, redeemed, forgiven, and are destined for an inheritance among other things. When we remember all that Jesus has done for us, it is appropriate to respond with thanksgiving, regardless of what else might be going on in our lives. This breath prayer is an expression of that thanksgiving.
Prayer
Lord Jesus Christ, thank you for what you have done for me
