Spiritual Practices: Breath Prayer
Overview
In Proverbs 8, God's wisdom is celebrated. It is presented in verse 4 as calling to people to come and accept it. This invitation to wisdom in carried on in the New Testament. In James 1:5, James says that anyone who lacks wisdom can ask of God who gives to all people liberally and they will receive it. We don't have to try to figure out life on our own. We can ask God for his wisdom, direction, and understanding and he will give it. That is what this breath prayer is about.
